Worst part of NYU. I came with my mom for her appointment ahead of time, patiently waiting and noticed a few patients that arrived after are being called in. Front receptionist gaslighting stated there’s always a 30 minute wait, but the other people called in arrived after us and wasn’t even finished filling out their form. If I was not with my mom, she probably would still be waiting.
Came in for an MRI. Got there 15 min earlier than instructed, and still had to wait an extra 30min after my scheduled appointment time before anyone took me to the back. I had to ask if i was still being seen. Then, I was in another waiting room with no clothes on, freezing cold for 20 min. Most of the employees are talking on their phone on speaker, talking to each other and hanging out. Out of the 15 employees there, only 5 seemed to be doing anything. Quality service & professional staff.
Worst place ever for an MRI. Was scheduled for 6:20. At 6:40 PM I was told 10 minutes. Any at 7:15 PM I was told 10 minutes. It’s 7:37 and I’m still waiting. Don’t come here. Go anywhere else.
Terrible. I wish the staff tried not moving in the machine for 1 hour. Please let patients out of the machine every 20 minutes for air.
