This is the best place I have found for an eye exam. I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years and never felt as comfortable as I do with Dr. Philippe. He takes the time to get to know you and your needs. It is very easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule. The selection he has on glasses is great. I recommend Dr. Philippe to all of my friends.
I was in the need for an eye doctor and searched for a close, small business to try out. Dr. Philippe's office was inviting and warm. He made me feel welcomed, gave me knowledge, didn't use medical jargon, and showed an interest in getting to know me. Customer service is a lost art, but not here, I was more than pleased with the quality of service and professionalism I received. Dr. Philippe is affable, projects a neat & professional appearance. His methods are not contemporary, he used a ruler to measure some portion of my eye, he used my old prescription as his contact lens fitting, his office smells of mold, and all of the equipment I saw or interacted with appeared to be quite old. Results: lenses were scratched, ill-fitting in the frame, large gaps between the frame and lenses (which were chipped at the edges). Both contacts and glasses gave me a headache and fit poorly.
