Not responsible people. Everyday session cancels or therapist sick, they informs in 1hr before your hrs starts. Therapist changes very often not informing to the families. Always GAPS between session. They stops therapy session if Supervisors leaves the center. No Ethical responsibility in this center. I wish VA Newport News are has more ABA CENTERS. It was CARD before now changed the name of the business. It the business nothing else.

Don’t cancel school ……I suffered a lot. Don’t listen to them……. My two child started talking from here. Highly recommend please. but please don’t stop the school because they are having lots of records dealing with insurance. My friend’s child stop centre 3 months because centre didn’t show exact hours. My child stay in home 2 months because they didn’t update their address in their website. I told main supervisor she told me upper class people need to change. With in two months he claimed furniture. Furniture fell on him. ... read more

My grandson has improved so much since he has started this school. I love this program and all the therapists that works there. I appreciate everything you all do.
