There is a couple things I had problems with. As someone who is an adult that has recieved services from card, a lot of the time I've felt like I wasn't seen as capable, or simply seen as dumb. The therapists are definitely very nice and outgoing, and very understanding. You will definitely get the support you need here. However, there is a couple things I had problems with. If you are looking for an ABA Center that will advocate SO heavily for you/your child, no need to go to Austin! I cannot say enough good things about CARD Kyle. They worked tirelessly to open doors for my child that everyone else in the areas seemed okay with keeping shut. They have done in 1 week what the other place we were working with in Austin didn't do in 8 weeks! As a mom of a newly diagnosed child with autism, this process can be so overwhelming.
