On the one hand: They properly diagnosed my age-related hearing loss and did what appears to have been a good audiology exam, in state-of-the-art facilities. On the other hand.. I was outfitted with a pair of Phonak Audeo Marvel M70-R HAs. As they say, 20-20 hindsight is wonderful. Looking back on it all, it seemed like there was little improvement with these pretty expensive hearing aids. But these _looked_ good, had good reviews.
