good one Unfortunately, they are the only allergists around--so this Perik guy who owns all of them is getting as much money as he can. Low budget operation- only open two days a week. Bloomfield Asthma & Allergy -Very BAD service Bloomfield Allergy & Asthma - awful front office staff, very rude and arrogant! It's like they feel entitled. You can't even speak to Roseanne, the office manager because she's always to busy. I called and she was off that day. ha ha ha ha too busy?? or day off?? which was it? Incompetent office staff - complete billing screw up! I thought I might be the first one to complain about a horrible billing experience, but user kd1133 beat me to it. I hadn't seen this doctor in 11 YEARS yet last month received a bill from my insurance. When I called the office staff they first insisted I had visited last year then admitted they made a mistake. I never received and apology or explanation of the mistake. I had to call back once more to resolve the issue only to be talked over and yelled at condescendingly.... read more
Crooks. I had a horrible billing experience. Between 7/2/2015 and 8/10/15 I had about 8 appointments at this office for allergy testing. I saw a doctor once and was billed each time for a doctor visit and testing. That was fine. At EACH of my 8 appointments I asked if I owe a balance and was told no. When I went to the office on 8/20/15 I was told I owe $900 immediately for all of my visits (I am insured, $900 went against my deductible).
