Worst office I have ever been to. Said insurance was invalid even though I have insurance. Had to have insurance fax copy to prove I was insured even though I was refered and well documented within the system. New patient filling out forms. Top of page lists fees. 15.00 per page of any paperwork required to be filled out. Little more expensive but ok.
