I was a patient of Dr.Orlowsky who is an excellent rheumatologist but unfortunately the administrative, billing team and Chief Financial Officer all apparently make it a usual practice to ignore patients who are inquiring about their account balance or want to make arrangements to pay their bill. I have left message after message with a variety of departments for month after month. While doctor T took his time to talk to me the way he did was not ok. Don't go here. Giving 1 star because there was person who had bedside manner and who gave comfort which was the nurse. If you have fibromyalgia good luck getting any diagnosis of anything other then that. Don't. Go. Here.

I attempted to establish care with this practice upon moving to the area back in 2019. I've consistently heard great things about the doctors here, but have encountered nothing but problems out of the front office staff. I ultimately chose another rheumatologist/practice entirely because of how ugly the front office staff has treated me over the phone. Took 6 phone calls over a month period for my mother to get a phone back to be told “I don’t have anything to tell you that’s why I didn’t call you back” because her test results were not back a month later. Took me one phone call to the hospital to find out why her test results were not read. If I hadn’t her test would still be on hold. Called the office manager twice to discuss how the staff handled this with no return phone call either. This is not how patient care should be handled.
