My visit today with Dr. Shujaat was so informative. It is only my second visit, but I can already tell that I am with the right doctor. She took the time to go over my test results and explained anything I didn't understand. No rushing and full attention. And the office staff was very quick and friendly.
This was my new patient visit. I've been diagnosed with lupus & arthritis over 25 years. I've had 4 rheumatologists over the years. I can already tell that Dr Shujaat is by far the most knowledgeable, most concerned, empathetic & interested rheumatologist I've ever seen. She spent over an hour with me discussing my medical history so she would know how to move forward with me. She listens!!! She was kind, friendly & polite.
Dr. Shujaat is my third Rheumatologist due to changes in insurance. She is by far the best I've ever had. She has empathy. Most doctors forget how to truly listen to their patients. She goes over and above to make sure you are taken care of. She is the bright spot in the darkness of chronic illness. If you have an autoimmune disorder, RUN as fast as you can to Dr. Shujaat. You won't regret it. :D
