If you are looking for a Rheumatology practice, Please stay away from this practice. They have a referral coordinator that screens the referrals which is not a nurse or MD, so if it they don't feel you meet criteria they will deny you and then write a note on your referral to block you. Even after 3 different providers sent referrals they will still say no. Obviously if 3 different providers recommend care it should require an evaluation to be done. Horrible. They requested my records and said they would call me for an appointment. It’s been months.
Lost three referrals since 2021. I told the front desk they were incompetent and she said, “no we’re not.” Mkay… but if sounds like a dark and acts like a duck and looks like a duck, it’s probably a duck. Just sayin
I have had three referrals since 2021 to this office. I have been calling for two weeks straight. Nobody will return my call. No one will schedule a new patient appointment for me. This office has great reviews, but they don’t pick up the GD phone. Edit: someone picked up!!!
