booked a consult for 11 am and was not called until 11:16. lady on the phone was super unhelpful and unkind towards me; excuses were made and a lack of transparency was observed. I am highly disappointed. you are in the business of helping the severely anxious and you think it's appropriate to wait 16 minutes to call without offering any explanation? seriously? you deserve to be publicly called out for your failure to meet your own standards. embarrassing. if you have anxiety, go elsewhere. they will make it worse

My teenage daughter got excellent treatment at the Center for Anxiety. However, their practitioners seems to turn over very often and I did not find that the organization gave much thought to the impact that has on patients. They also made it VERY difficult to access her records when she left the practice after her last therapist left. Instead of facilitating a transfer of the records, they recommended that I contact the therapist and ask her to write up a summary even though she was no longer being paid by us or the Center ... read more
