For a long time, I felt stuck mentally, emotionally, and even physically. Talking to friends or family wasn’t enough. CFA gave me a safe space to unpack everything without fear of being judged. They helped me slow down and actually understand what was going on under the surface. Make sure to go here if you need therapyinManhattan.

Dr. David is the first therapist I've worked with who made me feel like I was actually being seen and heard. He’s grounded, thoughtful, and always shows up with empathy. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just talk in abstract concepts—he gives real, practical tools I can use between sessions. Whether it’s boundary-setting, managing anxiety, or dealing with old wounds, I always walk away feeling like I’ve gained something valuable.

Dr. David is calm, compassionate, and incredibly good at what he does. From our very first session, he made it easy to open up—something I’ve always struggled with in therapy. He doesn't just sit there and nod; he asks thoughtful questions that get to the root of things. Over time, I’ve learned how to better manage my emotions, recognize unhealthy patterns, and feel more confident in who I am. I honestly can’t imagine going through this past year without his support.

Dr. David has been such a steady presence during a very overwhelming time in my life. He listens without judgment and offers insights that really stick with you. I appreciate how grounded and calm he is—it makes it easier to open up and actually do the work. Every session feels like a step forward. I can’t thank Dr. David enough for the support and clarity he’s given me. The best Therapist in Manhattan.
