It’s a rundown place with terrible staff there. The policy for the designated driver is ridiculous, you have to be around ten minutes away, even if it’s just for a colonoscopy. We live nearby, so it’s absurd that an extra five minutes is so inconvenient to them, generally filled with people who can’t do their jobs well and lack any sort of critical thinking skills
The physicians were superb. The billing department is atrocious. I paid over $1800.00 for the facility fee. By the time they "incorrectly" billed BCBS with the wrong code, I had already met my deductible. They are refusing to reimburse me even with BCBS advocating for me. Might be time to lawyer up.
Had my cataract surgery with Dr Everett here. Everyone was so amazing. Karen and Debbie at the front desk were so friendly and made the experience so much easier. So nice to walk in and see friendly people when you’re so nervous. Dr Everett is the best of the best. 10/10 experience here :)
Had foot surgery today at the West Seneca Center for Ambulatory Surgery Center. I can't say enough good about the center! Checked in at 6:00 am. The staff was kind, friendly, efficient and punctual. From the very nice lady that processed me in to the excellent medical staff, everything was extremely professional, helpful and patient! Will definitely recommend this facility!
