this “surgery center” for colonoscopy resembled more of a school nurses office. in pre-op there are 3-4 beds tightly crammed together with only curtains separating patients. no room for anyone whatsoever and wheres the doctor patient confidentiality? another thing Id like to mention is I am 20 years old. this was my first procedure and I was VERY anxious, particularly over the anesthesia as I have never been under. Was with family member.oldand poorly marked indoor areas. Many vacant suites.staff was ok but lots of tattoos and attitude. Sink in patient area did not drain.. had to go here due to MD schedule.
I'm not one to normally leave reviews but my experience here was just so wonderful! These were the nicest people from the woman at the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Genuinely so sweet, attentive, and comforting. Hopefully I don't have to- but if I medically must- I would absolutely go here again. I have never been treated so kindly in a medical environment.
Just had laparoscopic surgery this morning. All the nurses and doctors had wonderful bedside manner. Definitely made me feel a lot more relaxed about the whole situation. Thank you so much!
I had a procedure done by Dr. Penn and the experience was great. The nurses made me feel extremely comfortable, i think Cindy was her name she was great! Also the anesthesiologist Dr. Zayac was great too they all put my mind at ease and it was over before I knew it.
