Highly recommend. Best medical treatment I have ever had. Customer care was outstanding, business is well run and my treatment was tailored to me. The physician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling much better after the visit.
I had a joint/double whatever you call it visit with my husband towards the end of last year and decided to proceed with an allergy treatment option. Following that appt I had a diagnosis that Would not allow me to proceed with the treatment at that time. This office is so incredibly proactive and on top of things that they took the initiative of mixing the vials for my treatment more than two weeks prior to my appointment (wow!) and subsequently billed me for it even though my appointment was canceled. Where to begin. Every time i see the Dr it's like it's my first visit, she doesn't remember anything or apparently write it down. Barely listens to concerns and ignores when you question things. Then there is the staff that apparently can't keep track of allergy shots and in general don't seem to care about anything, borderline rude. Stay away if you can. I will be looking for a new allergist and location to get shots
PLEASE...PLEASE.... DON'T GO THERE !!!!! Do not WASTE your money in this place...it's a HORRIBLE and a SCAM place ! They will charge for allergy shots that you will never use it (with the reason that you maybe will use it and they charge twice....!!!!!! And they are sooooo SCAM place that THEY will never tell you that the expired date is for a year....simply put in the trash and charge you again in DOUBLE!!!!
So far this clinic has been amazing. The doctor is super knowledgable about allergens and explains things very clearly and transparently. I'm going to be doing immunotherapy through them which I'm very excited about.
