I highly recommend Dr. Ogawa-Reel! Thanks to her personalized treatment plan, my asthma is now well controlled and I feel much more at ease in my daily life. Her staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always have a positive experience at her office
Staff confirmed my appointment for 8:30 am Thurday at their Memorial location. Got here and learned the office does not open until 10am.
I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. My recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The office manager, Brad, was unprofessional and outright rude—he hung up on me when I challenged some of the billing issues and inconsistencies in his statements. They are now refusing to provide service or renew my asthma medication, which is critical for my health, citing an alleged balance for allergy shot serum—even though I stopped receiving shots in February of this year. Dr. Yoshiko is definitely one of the best. She helped me with my skin disorder and helped me allergies. I recommend giving her office a chance.
