I’m very disappointed that after I gave a 5 stars I called back to complain that my ear and headache won’t go away and THAT I THOUGHT I NEED ANTIBIOTICS BUT NEVER GOT A CALL BACK‼️so I cancelled my follow up if you can’t help me while I’m in pain I don’t need a follow up I was diagnosed with shingles which was on my cheek jaw and ear so painful even after I finished the meds so after trying to get antibiotics for a double ear infection I went to my primary Dr which said it was BAD‼️ so bad he gave me a shot of antibiotics an... read more
Nurse practitioner De Los Reyes was thorough and took time to listen, question and explain what could be the root cause of my symptoms. An initial course of treatment was prescribed to be followed up with allergy testing. Hopefully I’ve finally found the right answers and a solution.
Dr. Erin is a very good Doctor. They no longer take my insurance so I pay out of pocket. I feel due to the fact I paid for a visit she kept hinting that she see I have trouble breathing yet to take a breath test to test my breathing is an additional cost. If you see I'm having difficulty breathing and you see it why AM I taking a test paying more money. This made me really feel somewhat different.
