Amazing experience here for my son’s surgery! I was a little nervous prior to coming in but from the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming and doctors/nurses were very caring and took great care of my son!
Today was my wife's second visit to this facility, and the entire staff were exceptional, providing her with outstanding care. Nurse Jeremy did an excellent job of comforting her, as did the anesthesiologist, who made her feel cared for and in capable hands.
The care provided by this facility is outstanding, with nurses and staff demonstrating remarkable kindness and compassion. My comfort and safety were ensured throughout, thanks in part to the exceptional care provided by nurse Jeremy and the anesthesiologist. UPDATE: Following my second visit, I remain highly impressed and recommend CASS for outpatient surgery in the Tampa area.
My son had an appointment scheduled for 9 am. I and my husband got there at 8:55 check med him in and sat. At about 9:30 am a nurse came out and let us know that the doctor was still with a patient and running behind. We accept that and continued to wait. By this time my son was not happy he was hungry and restless. At 10:50 my son still has not been called back, I went to the front desk to ask what was going on.
