Dr. Sachdev and Dr. Quasim are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The nurses, Shamara and Erica, were also very helpful, kind, and friendly throughout the entire process. I had been trying to get pregnant for the past two years without success. After consulting Dr. Sachdev, he thoroughly evaluated my condition and recommended all the necessary tests. Rude , disrespectful staff especially their financial coordinator Nisreen , lack of transparency and compassion for patients. Honestly, Even one star feels generous for this experience. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing due to poor communication, last-minute changes, and a lack of clear planning during an already emotionally and medically demanding IVF process.
