Rude , disrespectful staff especially their financial coordinator Nisreen , lack of transparency and compassion for patients. Honestly, Even one star feels generous for this experience. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing due to poor communication, last-minute changes, and a lack of clear planning during an already emotionally and medically demanding IVF process.
