Staff are friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. John Pasquella who took the time to thoroughly explain my hand issue. The treatment he provided resolved the issue and the pain in one visit. Would definitely return for all my orthopedic needs.
Jackie answer the phone like I was bothering her. She reveal in the conversation, " I am just helping out with the phones". As I ask to confirm if the doctor was in network. She grow upset as she did not know the answer and keep atemping to not give me a clear answer BUT wanted me just to set the appointment ANYWAY.
