So, this rating is an average, I don't know how else to capture the experience. We had Center Electric out a few years ago to fix an outlet, add an outdoor outlet, and install a fan in a vaulted ceiling. They did an incredible job at a very fair price. On that basis, I'd happily give them five stars. Fast forward to 2023, I had them come out to provide an estimate to install a 240V line for a new induction stove that we want to order. Think twice before hiring this company. They came in to install two chandeliers in our home. They had to bring in scaffolding and while Tom was on the scaffolding it fell against our wall and as a result we had three holes in the wall, our tv was damaged as well as the tv stand and the floor lamp was broken. Tom was really nice about it all and apologized. He called his insurance company right away and they contacted us the next day. Then everything stopped. Center Electric has provided superb service and technical knowledge during the eight years we've lived in our home. Their master electricians are skilled, courteous and extreme in their professional performance. We've never had the level of expertise and workmanship Center provides until we first encountered this company.

These guys are the best. Tom and everyone who works for him is so professional, positive and experienced. They rewired a renovation for us, installed some new lights and fixed other ones that weren't working when we moved into our new place (a downtown loft). They were quick, went out of their way to fit me into their schedule when a fixture was delivered late, and everything is done beautifully. And the price is fair!
