I’ve been with Dr Amontree for years, and he used to be a fantastic physician. Something happened a few years ago and he completely changed. He just generally doesn’t seem to care anymore always rushes out of the room. Very little advice. You can hear him badmouthing other patients through the walls. He’s just gotten super unprofessional. The most awful doctor I’ve ever had do not recommend at all, extremely disrespectful and dismissive towards any concerns you have about your own health. Talked to me like I had no prior knowledge of my symptoms for my autoimmune disease I have had for over ten years and the medication that has stabilized me in the past. I was not impressed with him. I felt very dismissed. I kept letting him know and provided my own labs to show I was still bleeding. I even asked to to order labs being he said mine were lab errors. He did but for over 3 months away. I showed up for labs anyway. He told them to discard my blood. Because he couldn't find the bleeding he said you're not. That he fixed me the previous procedure. He did not. In my opinion I don't think he did all he could do for me and made me feel like I was not worthy of his time nor effort.

Dr. Amontree is a very caring person. His knowledge and explanation of the surgery and recovery is reassuring for a piece of mind. I highly recommend him.
