I walked in looking for a bike. As far as I could tell I was the only customer in there. The three guys huddled around the computer looking at Facebook paid no attention to me at all except for one , "How ya doin?" I don't expect doting or waiting on me hand and foot but the lack of interest in your potential customers given EVERY PERSON who walks through your door is a potential customer is quite disconcerting. I'm not hating on you guys but it's a big store with a lot of inventory I'd think you'd want to move some product.... read more

Had such a fun experience getting my new bike here today! Everyone was super helpful. They measured me and made adjustments to make sure my bike fits me well. I also bought clip ins, Greg trained me and made sure I knew how to use them before I left the shop even though him and Dave had to stay 45 mins after closing. I found everything I needed here! Thank you Greg, Dave, and a third person whose name I didn't get (the one adjusting my bike). Eddy and I will be back!
