I highly do NOT recommend this business. Their cleaning process put 25 holes in a decorative pillow sham. He tried to say those holes existed previously, but his gaslighting/lying is despicable. After trying to resolve the issue twice, he still offered no refund or compensation for the irreparable damage he had done. I told him he’d loose a customer & he said that’s fine. Stay away from this no-customer-service crook!
