While the dental service has been adequate, I just got this letter from Dr. Bossolina, and I'm pretty furious. This arrived today July 3rd 25, and was post marked July 1st 25. It says I have a past due balance, that must be paid by June 25th 25. That's a week prior to the postmark. Additionally it says if not paid by July 7th 25, it'll be turned over to collections. As always 100% thankful and grateful and taken care of with care. No one enjoys a crown! Hanna made me feel so relaxed and made the experience painless and stress free. I’ve been going here over 20 years and still as good as my first visit!
Billing practices are not transparent and often very inaccurate. Front desk staff are sub par and long wait times.
Dr. Bossalina is THE best. He explains everything and has such a calming spirit. The office staff and the assistants are always great. I would recommend Center City Dental to anyone.
