Me and my boyfriend just went through roughly 2 hours ago, and one of the workers was pushing on my boyfriend’s side mirror to try and push it in, broke the mirror instead. Basically told my boyfriend he’s outta luck. Told my boyfriend that he shouldn’t have counterfeit parts on his truck. His truck is all original. Very not happy, won’t go back again.
Saddest car wash around. And that's unfortunate especially when we need a good one out this way. It's crazy to me that I have fallen here and nobody wanted to offer to help me or anything.
