This place is a scam to the fullest degree I purchased a cap paid $ ****** they charged my card and the rest is a scam... I have called numerous times, and was told they have a cap on the shelf and it will be mailed the next day, 60 Days later and no cap. And they have my money. They refuse to answer the phone. Order from their website on the 17th of September, was told a shipping label made on the 20th and I still do not have my product as of October 5th.
Not a good company to do business with.I placed an order in good faith in June of 2022 via their website using a credit card for payment, it is now Sept. 27,2022 and I still have not received the 2 items ordered. This company has charged my credit card and received payment in full. The only communication has been the e-mail from them with a tracking number for the ***** I have e-mailed them on several occasions with no response, phone calls are useless, automated system that only goes in a circle. Terrible. Bought 2 center caps. One was damaged and when I tried to return/exchange the damaged cap, I got no answer to my email.The instructions on the website say to send an email for a RMA. No response to my email so I called. When I called the phone number and used to prompts to get to the returns ***** no one answered, it would just ring. Eventually I tried different prompts, anything to get a live person. After a couple weeks of that, the phone will ring, and let me go through the prompts, but after that it doesn't rin... read more
This company does not deliver on their products. Literally. I placed an order on May 13th, they said it was shipped on the 18th, and I do not have my order. Additionally, *** doesn't even have the item! *** ground, at $33.74, was the least expensive shipping option. When you call, it rings once, and then nothing. You never get a chance to speak to someone. Emails go unanswered. My advice, save your money. Do not buy from here.
