Very nice person, but I would not use her services My appointment was at 1:30...I arrived at 1:15 and did not see the physician until 3pm. I think it is great that they offer services such as having a patient coordinator explain other services that they offer and also "counsel" patients, however I was there for a consultation with an oncologist...I was not there to find out about the types of therapy that the hospital offers...and certainly did not appreciate this being a 45 minute discussion that was forced upon me.
