The tow truck driver lied and added an extra fee on for services not rendered because I wasn't present for the towing. A few days later I found out the tow truck damaged my vehicle. The company is lying about it and the receptionist was yelling at me (very unprofessional), but my insurance is pursuing them as it is very clearly from a tow truck. My insurance is very unhappy with them as am I. This is a VERY shady business. Stay away, and always take before photos/video of your vehicle before leaving it in someone else's care... read more
