I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch, as my calls have gone unanswered and my messages have not been returned. I needed a virtual office address urgently, but the lack of responsiveness made it impossible to proceed. Prompt communication and reliable customer service are essential for any successful business, and unfortunately, this was not my experience here. NOT A GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCY!!! Received a solicitation requesting $243.00 for filing a document you can file online yourself for $25. The real problem is the SOLICITATION LOOKS LIKE A CAL STATE FORM!!! If you look online you'll find numerous complaints to this business through sites like Better Business Bureau, Clearly Compliant, and WARNINGS FROM THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE about "MISLEADING STATEMENT OF INFORMATION SOLICITATIONS!"
