Disappointing and Stressful Experience I took my daughter to this allergy clinic to check her allergies, and unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. When scheduling the appointment, they asked for her insurance but never informed me that I needed a doctor’s referral or any other required documents. Dr. Shah is not only brilliant - he is incredibly humble and soft spoken. He is clearly passionate about treating allergies, bringing current and best practices to his patients, and advancing the research so others have an easier journey. We are so grateful to have found a doctor that truly puts effort into treatment. We have also had only very positive experiences with his office staff - everyone is kind, compassionate, and considerate.

Staff needs to be trained is like their job is giving patients a hard time, no people skills manner and let’s talk about phone etiquette, oh my! Had a couple experiences everything is a problem from making an appointment to get a refill on prescription. They gave me a hard time to refill my daughter who has a severe allergy epipen, almost 2 weeks back and forth, previously the was an issue for my son’s form for inhaler to use at school, oh and not to mention you talk to someone in the phone and the next day, you have to go o... read more

They state on their website that weekend appointment are available, which is not true according to their receptionist, just wasted my time
