I was made to feel cared for and that put me at ease to discuss my situation. Dr. Bonn is very professional yet like a friend also. It was easy to discuss things.
The staffing is great, my OBGYN Dr. Boms really listened to my concerns and she is doing everything to make me feel better and I really appreciate it. Mrs. Jamie took good care of me when I had to do labs, I didn't even feel the needle go in my vein, these ladies really know what they are doing.
Just delivered a baby a month ago and can’t say good enough about all of the staff & doctors! Dr. Bathen was my doctor and she was great, but I’ve dealt with all of them and highly recommend!! Shout out to Lilly the nurse, she was great and helped me a lot through the process!
From start to finish the entire experience was so professional, friendly, and comfortable. I felt truly heard and cared for and appreciated the knowledge and help I received with each request. Truly an outstanding practice with great employees!
