Went for my annual for the first time and I was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful over the phone making an appointment and checking that they accept my insurance.
From check in to check out, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Yates will give you all the time you need to make sure you are comfortable and all of your questions are answered.
The nurse practitioner was gracious and patient in answering all my questions , the procedure was done quickly and effectively, I felt valued, and like my time was being respected from start to finish. I am thankful for this office, and I will see myself returning for as long as I am able to.
Everyone I interacted with was warm and kind. Dr. VanMeter and her nurse were very welcoming and personable. I never feel rushed through my appointments, and her exams and opportunities for questions are very thorough and friendly. I was seen on schedule, and I felt comfortable, safe, and seen throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this practice, and especially Dr. VanMeter.
Dr. Logan Williams is AWESOME 🤩 She doesn’t rush you and she really listens to what your concerns are and will help you come up with solutions for your issues.
