The professionalism of the staff and maintenance team is horrendous or shall I say the lack thereof. My mother was left without heat and talked to like she was nothing. Maintenance was so rude while I was speaking to him he went into the office and closed the door and got on his cell phone. Was raising his voice and had a very nasty disposition. The facility is decent but the staff support is terrible. We moved out 7 months ago and they will not send me my deposit! I will never recommend this facility to anyone. On the contrary I will have them come to the new place that I am staying at.
The residents living at Centennial II senior community would be pleased to have a community washer and dryer as shown on the website. But the reality is, the old community washer has been broken and non- repairable since December 2024. Residents have been told by on-site manager that a washer replacement is not in the budget.
