Tracy always does a thorough and painless job of scaling my teeth.
June 2025 -Dr. Rhemtulla was great as usual, but assistant was very aggressive and not gentle with suction tool. Trust me, back of mouth was not frozen and tool felt like a knife being shoved in back there, over and over again. That part was not a pleasant experience at all and will be something to consider next time work in mouth is suggested.

First and foremost, I noticed that an emergency exam was included in the bill. However, I had scheduled an appointment and visited due to ongoing tooth pain, so I am unclear why this was categorized and billed as an emergency visit. Secondly, I was informed that my cleaning appointment would include teeth scaling and polishing, but I was never told that the cleaning would be split into two separate sessions and billed accordingly.
