My cleaning appointment was painless! The hygienist was wonderful and really gentle. As usual the staff were super friendly, courteous and helpful. I was in and out in a hour. The offices are clean and cheerful. Of course having my parking paid for is definitely a perk. Thank you Dr. Rehmtullah and staff 💝

I have been going to Centennial Smiles for a couple of years and got a night guard from the clinic. A one of the appointments I was told to get the night guard adjusted. And was charged $296 for the adjustment, which is a ridiculous amount for an adjustment and a night guard that I purchased from the clinic, additionally the cost of the adjustment was never disclosed until I had to make payment.
