Our indirect heat water heater started leaking a few days before Thanksgiving. Mark responded quickly. We selected the appropriate water heater and Mark fit us in the day before Thanksgiving. He did an excellent job of modifying the existing connections and also replaced some other aging components. I recommend him without reservation.
