Not only did I receive nothing back from my security deposit but they decided to send me to collections for a bill of $2,000 worth of repairs. For having to repair a couple of drywall spots. These rentals are made out of the cheapest possible materials that fall apart very easily. It took weeks for a repair person to ever come to fix appliances after they broke.

Poorly built, poorly painted, poorly managed…I would look elsewhere as I currently am. And no, this isn’t my real name.

I lived here a bit ago. While I was there we never received any help or maintenance for the house and never felt really taken care of. Just recently I had a package delivered here because it was an old address and when I called the front desk was so rude and short with me. I was just asking if there was a package dropped off or if I could get ahold of the current residents. I am very patient and hardly ever look to complain but it just really rubbed me the wrong way. Wouldn't recommend living here for more than a few months.
