Just moved in. So far so good!
The least friendly, worst managed, and most lack of communication we have experienced in a property. The office manager, Melinda, has a lack of communication and I always found myself having to send a third email before I got a response and had to even remind her of things we discussed in a chain email, she couldn’t even go back and look at the chain for a prior response. She cared more about “gotcha” situations like taking pictures of a poorly parked car or dog poop not picked up than she did communicating with tenants. The... read more
I lived here for a year, but wish I would’ve stayed longer to be honest! The odds of me moving back are high! I’ve never lived somewhere so quiet and clean. Neighbors are nice too. My only complaint is they won’t sell them! To anyone reading this, it’s worth getting a lease here. It’s a fantastic place to live.
