Update 2/7/26: Brought my Titan in for minor issue, and while reviewing it the service team found an issue that had the potential to be much worse. It was fixed immediately. Also, approx. 2 weeks ago I was in the area and couldn't open my tailgate. Dropped by to make an appointment and the Service Manager took a quick look at it.
