Clean neighborhood
Love this neighborhood even as its grown so much in 10 years. The traffic issue with Macduff and Hwy 54 finally has a light at the end of the tunnel as the Macduff extension to Kedron drive is under development and should be complete in mid to late 2017. The association has fees like nearly every neighborhood in PTC and you have access to a gym, tennis court and large swimming pool and water slide.
