Needed a new battery and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Was done so quickly too. Very appreciative.
Overcharged me, 450 dollars to replace a radiator heat hose which is right at the top of the radiator and extremely easy job labour wise. Should have only taken 30 minutes to replace but I decided to charge me for 1.5 hours labour at nearly 200 dollars per hour. These are the type of mechanics that like take advantage of people in a bad situation and over charged well more then what the service provided.afterwards I got a quote from my local mechanic who would only charge me 200 dollars for the same job
Really poor experience here, took a prado in that I purchased and ask for a full service so I could get it fixed up, they did the bits they wanted to do only. When I next took it back they laughed that I didn't get certain bits done dispite asking them to do a full service they missed so many basic fixes that should of been done during the first service. They then laughed that my Gasket cover was leaking, I kindly reminded them that was one of the jobs they did and after multiple discussions that fixed that under warranty. T... read more
Came in with my Pajero and they gave me a hand with the towbar - really helpful, cheers lads!
