Really poor experience here, took a prado in that I purchased and ask for a full service so I could get it fixed up, they did the bits they wanted to do only. When I next took it back they laughed that I didn't get certain bits done dispite asking them to do a full service they missed so many basic fixes that should of been done during the first service. They then laughed that my Gasket cover was leaking, I kindly reminded them that was one of the jobs they did and after multiple discussions that fixed that under warranty. T... read more

I visited Byron Bay for the weekend recently and noticed something wrong with my car. I needed to drive for 5 hours to get home, and visited Centennial was looking for reassurance that it would be safe enough to get me there. They helped me out by identifying the possible issue and also checked brakes and steering. The mechanic assured me it would be OK to drive, and it was, I made it home safely. They also declined my offer of payment. Thank you Centennial Motors for helping a lady in distress!!
