Inaccurate diagnosis in January. Doctor was convinced it was strep, not mono. Did tests for both. Rapid mono came back negative on a Sunday, my son was sent home by the school nurse on Monday morning claiming it was mono, not strep. He was seen by PCP Monday morning where the rapid mono came back positive. We were told there that the procedure we experienced at Centennial Medical for the rapid mono was not correct. I can't tell you how bad these people are at getting your prescriptions available and submitting prior authorization requests. The worst.
