Purchased a 2020 Sorento. The buying process from start to finish went very smooth. Our first test drive revealed an issue. The mechanics found the problem, very minor, fixed it and the car has run great since. The financing process was awesome and with my wife travelling to Ontario, we were able to sign all the documents electronically. Will definitely be considering a KIA for our new vehicle in 3-4 years time.
All the staff during our journey of purchasing our new Kia, have been very helpful and kind and made the whole process very enjoyable!
Absolutely the worse service. We bought a used vehicle in June and was charged for a new mvi. They did not put a new sticker on. Brought the vehicle for service in August and asked them to change the sticker. They did not, so we got another mvi done elsewhere 2 weeks ago....failed! Vehicle needs over $4000 and the broken parts have been gone for MONTHS!!! Service/sales will not return the phone calls. Our vehicle is unsafe to drive and we had all 3 kids with us when we went for the test drive so sales knew its a family vehic... read more
