We used this insurance company for like 5 years. It was fine in the beginning but just got terrible towards the end. It became the worst experience ever! The woman there is mean. She was never pleasant to deal with. Constantly threatening to drop our insurance for every little thing. We were remodeling OUR home and she started demanding us do all these things that we didn’t have the money to replace. It became stressful.
