Owners are the definition of lazy and ignorant. To start, water is constantly turned off upwards of 7 times a month. We didn't have heat or hot water for two days just earlier this month (November 2023). Owners are in the process of trying to ban the burning of candles, incense and other sacred herbs such as Sage in your own apartment including on your balcony. When I questioned the owner as to the legitimacy of this and potential religious impacts I was laughed at for even mentioned that tobacco is considered a sacred herb ... read more

Yes there are issues in the building as it is old Doris and Doug are awesome building managers Friendly and compassionate to everyone Doug came over late at night to help me with a broken fridge Got it back running until it could be repaired Yes we have issues with pests but they are so on top of it Didn't have any until my neighbour's moved Got them Issue resolved Took a bit but was resolved Great neighbors Great big units Great views 😀
