I took my car to Honda for a regular oil change and another procedure which would have been quite expensive, To my surprise, I was told that the other procedure was not yet required. Being an older female who's heard horror stories of unnecessary service work at some other establishments, I was so impressed with the integrity of the Honda service staff. Kudos to all of you.
I regret going to a dealership, stick to Facebook marketplace people.

Up front pricing, and competitive for dealer service. Quick service, great communication. Booking with Honda app is a bit clunky, but doesn't reflect on the dealer. Overall, great!
