Very unprofessional office. They open the doors after your appointment time and act like it's your fault that you're late. When asked why they open the doors late "because we had to travel from Nashville". That's really not my problem. Get out of bed earlier and leave earlier so you open the doors on time.
When I made an appointment with this office in Clarksville I made a statement that before any test were completed I had to be notified in writing of any cost to me out of pocket. My appointment was April 22 and while the service was excellent I have been on hold since then. I received a referral letter to have a nuclear stress test done from my insurer but the Doctor had yet to submit the order for the test so I could not make an appointment.
