I called the 405 number that automatically calls when you press the "Call" button here on the Google Maps profile. It rang a place that said they were "Centennial Health". I asked them about Sara and about the referral. They said THEY ARE LOCATED IN ALBERTA CANADA!! No idea how that happened, but I called back and still got the call forward... read more
