Needed to reach Sarah about a referral. Come to find out, the business is permanently closed. I have no idea where Centennial Health or Sara Menz went. BOTH C.H. AND SARA JUST VANISHED!!! I called the 405 number that automatically calls when you press the "Call" button here on the Google Maps profile. It rang a place that said they were "Centennial Health". I asked them about Sara and about the referral. They said THEY ARE LOCATED IN ALBERTA CANADA!! No idea how that happened, but I called back and still got the call forward... read more
