We first reached out to Centennial Glass to see about servicing our patio door, which they agreed to do. After discussing the issue of the door freezing shut, we decided to go ahead and replace with a patio door that was more weatherproof. We asked for a quote for a door that opened both ways and with a kick stop and they provided us with a very reasonable option.
