Great customer service from everyone working there! They went above and beyond getting our vehicle looked at earlier than expected and then got us a rental to use to bring our camper home.
Great staff and service but Ford motor company is really starting to 5and dime the customer. My front wheel well cover was rubbing the tire so they put it back in place and secured it with a plastic tie rap $96 like really whatever happened to a sheet metal screw. So as soon as I drive down a muddy road it will cost me another $100 what bullshit
This dealership truly is levels above any Ford or other dealership I've ever visited. All of the staff I've had interactions with (which is quite a few) have always been courteous, polite and professional, every time! It's such a refreshing change to feel genuinely valued as a customer. I definitely highly recommend making the drive and seeing for yourself what real customer service is all about. Absolutely amazing service. The gentleman and woman i dealt with on the phone were wonderful. I broke down away from home and had to tow my truck here. They were accommodating had my truck in the shop and diagnosed the next day, then repaired exactly when they said they would. They went the extra mile and even washed my vehicle. Could not recommend this shop more 100/10
Love these guy's. They do all my oil changes and have worked on my Escape to fix another problem. They have never done wrong by me. Such friendly staff. They are sold good to my ESA as well.
