I always have a wonderful experience and the staffs are great.
I visited this Dentist my first experience in Canada, i was very sceptical because of an experience my hubby had with another dentist office . Dr Verma dealt with me she was so patient, the checks done were very through, the receptionist were very pleasant. The ambiance of the place was really warm , because of the service I got , I was able to convenece my husband to go there and he did and also had a great experience. I recommend them especially if you are really scared of dentist like I did .
Today, June 24, 2026 I had an appt. that had been schedule 3 months ago. I was there for my 9 am appt. only to be advised by Rajan (receptionist) that it was CANCELLED. I told her that I would have been nice, if I got a call. Rajan said that Anmol sent me a TEXT. How can you send a text to a landline, I asked ? She also advised me that Anmol had written in the database that "patient did not confirm appt". This is FALSE. i DID NOT receive a call or voice mail message.
