Living at Centennial Court was an extremely negative experience, caused by consistently poor and unprofessional management and poorly built amenities and units. Communication from the building manager was unacceptable. Messages were frequently ignored, and when responses were received it would often be after significant delay and rarely lead to any action. Myself and my wife lived here for just under 2 years. Had no problem with our building manager (sanjay) she was fantastic with us and helped us with anything we needed. I feel though Devon Properties need to adjust their prices. Base rent for a 1 bed 1 bath was $2250, ground floor, people knocking on our doors drunk, dogs pissing and shitting all over the corridors, uncooperative neighbour's and the amount of addicts who were out front by the baseball field...
