The building is great, Sanjy is professional, responsive, and always ensures issues are handled quickly and efficiently, making the building a comfortable place to live. Great Amenities as well and the units are spacious as compared to some other properties in the area. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We have lived in this apartment for almost two years and pay $2,250 per month for a one-bedroom unit, which is quite expensive. The amenities have strict restrictions — no music or alcohol in the BBQ area — which makes it less enjoyable. The amenities are also not bookable so anyone might show up in your party or take the space before you notice it. Management has also been disappointing. Scheduled a tour two weeks in advance with a member of the Devon team, Ilda Pashollari. I was flying to the area specifically for this appointment (and a few other tours), so I planned my travel around it. My fiance and I have lived at this apartment since the day that it opened (almost 3 years). It was previously managed by Proline and is now managed by Devon Properties. Both property managers have been good to us. Sanjy has always been quick to respond to calls or texts when we have had questions or required maintenance in our unit. This place sucks - incredibly bad. First I had a bait and switch experience where I was promised a corner view and then switched to a unit facing a wall. Under duress I had to accept the unit because I had no where else to go and incured extra costs for moving because of this. Within the first two months, my ceiling was leaking water directly onto my bed, the fire alarm started beeping randomly, they didn't remove the plastic properly from the oven causing an awful smell and the sound proofing is so bad I can hear people und... read more
