I love living here, good amenities, great location and the management is very responsive. Hoping to live here a long time.
The new building manager Juan versa… (or whatever that name is very irresponsible), when it comes to touching base regarding concerns. The next door neighbours and few others from the adjoining building i know say the same. Least to no response from him for weeks. NEVER IN HIS office, to go discuss about the problem in person. It’s frustrating, sorry to say, but Devon needs to hire a new building manager to replace this lazy non-existent filler nuisance.
The Paintnite was a great activity. It was nice to be outside, meet my neighbours and have fun. Thank you.
Living at Centennial Court was an extremely negative experience, caused by consistently poor and unprofessional management and poorly built amenities and units. Communication from the building manager was unacceptable. Messages were frequently ignored, and when responses were received it would often be after significant delay and rarely lead to any action.
